Island County Extension Tour

This is your opportunity to visit an island-based Extension program. You’ll become familiar with the award-winning Beach Watchers program designed to help monitor the natural environment surrounding the island. After a short ferry ride, you’ll visit the Extension office, have a chance to explore various communities on the island and have lunch on your own at one of many fine establishments.

Cultural Arts Tour of Tacoma

The incredible natural beauty, the exciting cultural arts hub in Tacoma, the coolest events, the greatest places to stay, go, dine, and shop … they just pull that feeling of relaxed contentment out of you. Join us here, and discover the Art of Northwest Living. Registration includes admission to the Museum of Glass, Washington State History Museum and the Tacoma Art Museum (where Dale Chihuly’s glass is always on display!). Lunch will be on your own.
