This
professional improvement gathering will bring together an estimated
1,200 Cooperative Extension Agents who work with 4-H Youth Development
across the nation. These professionals provide leadership to the
75,000 adult volunteers across America who work with over 11 million
youth members. Your organization has been identified as a potential
conference participant. The conference will provide an effective
and convenient setting to promote the products/services you have
to offer to this national audience through commercial exhibits.
The Exhibit
Show will be open Monday, October 30 – Tuesday, November 1,
2005. There will be scheduled times for attendees to eat lunch and
have uninterrupted time to visit with exhibitors and view booths,
as well as break time in the exhibit area, to insure a high level
of exposure for your business. The cost of an 8’ X 10’
exhibit space is $900.00 for commercial vendors and $450.00 for
non-profit exhibitors; corner booths will be $100 in addition to
the rental fee.
